- I'm from San Francisco Ca. Graduated from the Academy of Art College way back in 1986. I've worked for LucasArts as a background artist on "Sam and Max Hit the Road" and character designer/animator on SNES Star Wars Trilogy. I was fortunate to have a 3 year stint at Pixar Animation Studios where I worked on Toy Story 2 as a concept/model sheet artist then onto Monsters Inc. as concept/model sheet artist and texture painter. My art quest is still unfolding. I'm always looking for the answers to the ever haunting questions: "What is your opinion?" "What do you want?" For now, I've been traveling the globe lending my talents to live action features or animation film projects. Ultimately I hope that I can finally land back in San Francisco! Fingers crossed!!!

wow! I have been a fan of yours for so many years, i was shown your charcoal drawings from the illustration archives of the academy when i was first learning to draw, and they were so inpirational to me, i never forgot your work and when it kept being pulled out by chuck or barbara or whomever i just loved it, you are an amazing artist, i am so glad you commented on my blog, i will be following your blog from now on.
It would be really cool if i could send you the sketchbook i just published, please email me where to send it and i will mail you a copy. you are one of my art heros, so it would be a real honor.
